If running late, please text to let us know. We cannot accept arrivals beyond 10 minutes late. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be canceled! If a no show or a cancellation after the 24 hour grace period occurs, you will be charged 100% of the cancellation policy. We promise to give you the best waxing service possible and have these rules because we run appointments back to back.

converted to central time. Some clients, depending on cell phone companies and other factors unknown, will receive Pacific or Eastern time. If your text states PT or ET, convert to CT (central time)!
